Shipping policy

 

Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Custom screenprinted shirts and pre-orders will be printed in 2-3 weeks and ship once completed. 

Custom jewelry orders will be printed 5-7 business days after customer proof has been approved.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free USPS First Class shipping available on all orders over $40 (US only).

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $40 within 10 miles of Brandon, South Dakota. For orders under $40, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange a drop-off time.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available as well. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange a pick-up time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada.  

Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Creative Kindling is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kara@creativekindling.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Since all items are made to order, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or the incorrect item is received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
